Day 4 of the HAZWOPER - HAZMAT 40 hour class. HAZWOPER stands for Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response and "hazmat" is short for hazardous materials. Day 4 consisted of a few minor sections we had not gotten too yet, like ergonomics in the workplace, safe ways to lift and move heavy objects, hazards and various methods of injuries and trauma that is a threat to us while performing emergency response on the water etc... and finally the test. The test was 50 multiple choice questions. I scored a 100 (for the curious) and wasn't that difficult but required you to pay attention to the films and lectures that we sat through for the 40 hour class! Taken July 2010
