To get work started even earlier many are being housed at the Flotel, a floating hotel out in Barataria Bay. From what I here conditions are okay, but its somewhat cramped. It's basically 18 wheeler trailer split into two rooms, an ac unit, and commode. From descriptions from those who live on it, its similar to jail cell. But since this an emergency operation and not much different than a military operation sacrifices must be made to finish this job. Taken July 2010
